HKS Retains CWS for Custom-Designed Decorative Window Film Installation Project in D.C.
WASHINGTON – International architecture firm HKS has hired Commercial Window Shield for a decorative window film installation project in the nation’s capital. The project, on one floor of a building at 975 F St. NW, involves the installation of a custom-designed decorative film that depicts Washington, D.C.-themed cityscape images. Commercial Window Shield will install the decorative window film on all office fronts and conference rooms glass. HKS created the designs. The company, with offices in 29 cities, was recently named the world’s most innovative architecture firm. It contracted CWS partner, DPR Construction, to build out the floor it would be occupying in the building known as Carroll Square. With the construction work nearly completed, Commercial Window Shield installers will begin working on the decorative film portion of the project in April.
