Harvey-Cleary Hires CWS for Window Film Installation Project on New, TC Energy Building
CHARLESTON, W. Va. – Harvey-Cleary Construction has hired Commercial Window Shield for a privacy/decorative and switchable smart film project in West Virginia’s capital.
Harvey-Clearly is constructing a 4-story, 140-000 square-foot building for TC Energy’s new regional headquarters in downtown Charleston.
Commercial Window Shield will be installing a frosted band of privacy window film with a design element on the glass fronts of all conference room and offices on each of the four floors.

Additionally, the company will install switchable smart film on the glass front of a TC Energy IT equipment control room. A conference room and two offices have a view of the control room and the switchable smart film will provide on-demand privacy at the flip of a switch.
The building presently is under construction. Commercial Window Shield installers are expected to be on site for their window film installation work in late winter, 2026.
Over the years, Commercial Window Shield has worked on numerous window film installation projects for Harvey-Cleary, one of the country’s largest construction companies.
